Our event brings together hobbyhorse enthusiasts, so once again all visitors can enjoy the sales area and the wonderful vendors!
Please remember to bring cash if you wish to make purchases.
We aim to accommodate as many vendors as possible in the sales area; however, due to limited space and a high volume of applications, we must make selections based on the applications received. Please take the time to fill out your application carefully. We would love to hear about you as a vendor and an entrepreneur, and why we should choose you to sell at our event. Let your personality and your business values shine through in your application, as we aim to select a diverse group of vendors.
A salestable costs 30 € and it includes admission for two. This means that no additional assistance for carrying items is permitted before the event doors open.
The salestable includes a table (approx. 100 cm x 60 cm) and two chairs. For safety reasons, all items for sale must fit within your salestable. Placing items in front of or beside the salestable is prohibited.
The sale or serving of food products is strictly prohibited.
Callisto Event production team has established a policy prohibiting the sale of AI-generated products and resale items. Through this policy, we support artists and people who dedicate valuable time to creating art. Prohibiting resale allows us to prevent the selling of items ordered from ultra-fast fashion retailers and to avoid the associated health and safety risks. The organiser reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates this policy from the event without prior warning.

The application period for vendors starts on 11.8.2026 at 18:00, and applications will be submitted via the form found on this page. The application period closes on 14.8.2026 18:00. The aim is to announce the results as soon as possible after the deadline. The final list of vendors will be published on this page closer to the event.
